The University Club is easily accessible by car, ride-share or public transport.

- Driving/Parking: Full day parking is available on a pay-and-display basis along Hackett Drive. Additional full-day parking will be available in car park 3 (immediately adjacent to the Club) at a cost of $15.00 per bay. Simply purchase a blue permit from the attendant and display this on your dashboard. Please be sure to park in the green bays and not in the red parking permit section. Please also note that without a blue permit, there is a 3 hour limit in this car park
- Taxi and ride-share: There is a pick up and drop off point directly outside the main entrance of the Club, should you decide to come via taxi or ride-share.

The University Club of Western Australia endeavours to meet the needs of all delegates to ensure that they enjoy their conference experience.
- Wheelchair access – Ramps are located at the main and rear entrances of the Club and elevators are located at the front and middle of the Club’s basement car park.
- Accessible Parking – Two accessible bays are located in the Club’s basement car park, and additional accessible bays are located in car park 3 (located adjacent to the Club).
- Restrooms – Accessible restrooms are located on the ground floor next to the Conference Hall.
- Service animals - Service animals are welcome in all areas of the venue.
